Carer's Card

In April 2011 Brighton & Hove Council will be launching a Carer’s Card in conjunction with the charity Amaze. We have agreed to take part in this scheme by providing low cost treatments at one of our clinic room venues.

    I am the carer of my 2 grown up sons (25 and 19) both have autism. I would like to be on your mailing list please.
