Active LightWorks is a Brighton-based charity that provides low cost complementary therapies to promote well-being and self-reliance in health management. We do this through a wide range of community projects.
I have a passion for well-being on both the spiritual and physical levels. I am currently training to be an outdoor fitness instructor and plan to include both the spiritual and physical in my therapeutic approach.
