In
Active LightWorks, I am a Trustee
When
I was invited to be part of Active Lightworks I felt inspired
and excited. It brought me a vision of extending out into
the world a taste of the liberation that constantly unfolds
for me through my passion, which is the practice of dance
and movement.
I
believe that Complimentary Healing can offer a huge support
for all of us in being more aware of the preciousness of
ourselves. Through the wider awareness of nutrition, body
and energywork available, every person has the possibility
to create a greater understanding of who they are, leading
to a more fulfilling life at every level
I
am a qualified Reiki practitioner, offering one-to-one sessions,
and as a trained YogaBugs instructor I provide a space for
children to explore through magic and imagination, their
physicality and body awareness. For me, simply being in
nature is one of the greatest healings I can experience. |
