Active LightWorks is a Brighton-based charity that provides low cost complementary therapies to promote well-being and self-reliance in health management. We do this through a wide range of community projects.
My belief is to help people regain their health and vitality through complementary therapies, especially for those who, for instance, have chronic health needs and/or have very limited financial means.
Since gaining my qualifications in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage in 2010 as well as in Swedish Body Massage in 2011, I have worked primarily in places offering low cost treatments.
My experience has included volunteer work at the Brighton Women's Centre (Reflexology and Indian Head Massage) and a drop-in Reflexology clinic at the Acupuncture Clinic in Hove.
My aspiration is to continue offering low cost treatments to people in need.
